Due to its geographical situation between the Montalin/Hochwang, Churer Joch, Dreibündenstein, Stätzerhorn and Calanda mountains, Chur is an ideal departure point for round hikes, both directly from the city and from the surrounding area, thanks to its excellent connections by public transport and/or the Brambrüesch cableway.
